Unable to backup videos when using the Camera Uploads feature, little bit disappointing

The app is cool. It works pretty well. But it’s impossible to upload dng files (pro raw). I don’t see those pictures when I’m uploading pictures on filen from my iPhone

The app is still young development but has potential to grow like many mature cloud storage. I really like the privacy aspect of it. I think end to end encryption and zero knowledge access technology will be in more demand because people are sick of data breach and data broker where internet users data is being collected and sold every day. It’s a sick internet world and it has to change for the better.

I love this service and the app is great. What I needed is to have more control over sharing file folders (containing PDFs and MP3s) than you can get with Google Drive or iCloud. This service works great for that! My only complaint is that the app struggles to load MP3 files to view in the app. However, the website interface does this no problem. Once that starts working in the app consistently, then this app will be worth all of the 5 stars available to rate with.

Coming from Android to iOS the app is basically the same in functionality and the service is great. I’ve just been waiting forever now for an in app video viewer without needing to download like you can with photos and stuff.

I’d give it 1 star but my phone is broken. I can’t login cause I can’t reset my password. I try to reset and they won’t send me the link. If you get too many failed attempts, they delete your info. If you don’t login, they delete your info. It’s a terrible app. I am not saving passcodes for top secret nuclear launch codes, why is security doing its best to keep me out of my own account? Dial it back a notch. Also I don’t like the layout, it’s difficult to find photos or videos you uploaded.

This review is for the Web Drive. Please fix the file viewing in web drive app. The Web App advertises "Smart Folders" but you cannot even navigate between them since the GUI is hidden by the IOS tab panes. Overall there is a lot of functionality but is hindered by GUI implementation.

Filen doesn’t work with VPNs….what?! Hope this is a glitch because of the update and not something that’s on purpose because this would be dumb
