Thanks for nothing
I have an iphone 6 that worked fine for my needs. My OS is ios12.5.7 but phone cannot be updated to the req’d ios 13+. Cannot access my banking now, did not even get an advance warning from FD about this. I logged into my a/c less than two ago and nothing let me know this upcoming change. Now forced to buy a new phone I guess, or change bank!
Rubbish
1. Password auto toggles between numeric and alpha keys, forcing a bad password.
2. Activation page just spins with cog preventing user from entering a valid activation code on following page.
3. App just keeps spinning the cog during above issue in #2 forcing a reboot.
Raise this with the product management team please. Very serious bugs.
Transfer to credit card - bizarre
The process to post a transfer to the first direct credit card is so convoluted, I thought it a scam.

The app is fine when you get into it although still technical errors. Customer service is first class though.

First Direct are always ahead of the others and their app is the same. The best user experience and interface I've seen on a banking app and I've used lots. Safe, secure and fast!
