App is great but security is so tight it’s hard to login!
Security questions and passwords are many - and for some questions such as Childs middle name it will only accept more than 6 characters - not helpful if you child’s name has less so you end up having to use the more obscure questions which you don’t readily have an answer for… FaceID is much easier
Paying a business
The only tricky bit was the ‘next’ command is a bit unintuitively placed top of screen. I didn’t see it and thought I hadn’t confirmed my payment. Otherwise, all good.
Unable to set up regular payment
No response to complaint few days ago. I want to set up payment to my husband at HSBC I can only make one off payment cannot set up on list of payees
Security is one thing but this is totally over the top
Do you not consider some people are elderly and perhaps not so pic savvy as your IT department

I would like to thank Alison (I don’t have her surname) working from home in Leeds for fantastic patience and a sense of humour when dealing with my issues. She was BRILLIANT
Could be better
Think this app could be better, currently use ING banking and their app infinitely more intuitive
Upcoming payments?
There is no way to see upcoming payments. Maybe for standing orders but no way for one time payments. Such a simple oversight. Find it really stressful trying to track scheduled one time payments.
