Mostly this app does the job. Minus one star for being so disorganised that no notice is given of required updates — so no banking until the huge 149MB update can be downloaded. Also one star lost for still having usability faults that were in the first version years ago.

This app is fantastic, so much better than using a key fob. Wish I’d transferred over sooner.

Original difficulty still not resolved despite assurances to the contrary. First Direct customer service deteriorating to unacceptable level.

I’ve been with first direct for over 18 years , I can only say it’s says it all. So efficient, friendly and helpful. The 24/7 banking is fantastic secure and well managed by first direct . I’d would highly recommend to family and friends as I have to my brother , his on board the first direct banking train lol. Kr Steve

Such an overly complicated app. You have to go through so many annoying steps to complete even the simplest of tasks. FD will claim these are security measures but other banks manage to achieve the same security and functionality without all of this headache. The design team behind this app should be ashamed.

Can’t really find anything to criticise. Does everything I need, easy to navigate and use. I don’t use the Insights feature or tags as I use Accounts Tracker App, but I can see it would be useful for some.

Very good easy to handle

Good service but no rewards for being loyal customer. Only new benefit, o thought about rewarding loyal ones.
