FIRST DIRECT
Have been a customer for years now and have never, ever have never had a problem. Thank you all very much. Delightful, helpful Staff.
Non UK AppStore version has been disabled
Just been told by Customer Support that although the app is available on non UK AppStores that it has been de-activated if you download it from there. That’s not much use of you use have a non-UK Apple account. Great security I’m sure. But then First Direct should not allow you to download the app from abroad if it’s never going to work. It’s pretty simple for the developer to only make the app available to the UK AppStore. Poor customer service and relations
Doesn't work on iPhone XS
Tried running it on my iPhone XS. Repeatedly crashed
