It is quite ok
All the features are easy to understand and the user interface is pretty simple. However, if they could add some high end watch faces like some tech giants are using in their versions of smartwatches, then it will be awesome
Major security and privacy concerns. Support and updates required
We need an option to lock the watch when it’s not on our wrists. Its a flawed privacy feature which is always open and anyone can read all kinds of notifications and messages. You need to add a 4 digit pin lock to upgrade this major security failure.

Worst application and service centre as well
They do not respond to emails and no proper call center
Sports mode
Unable to delete existing sports mode and new. It’s complicated. Please allow to delete all modes manually via app. Every time I push a new sport the last one only changes. Again we push new one the lastly added one disappears

Different profiles
Would have appreciated better, if this would allow creating profiles within the App. Instance, I have gifted 2 Smart watches to my elderly parents who aren’t very tech savvy. They don’t understand pairing watches with phones etc. they just use it as given. If this could allow me have their watches added in different profiles with their personal info under each profile, it would ultimately help me track & monitor their activities and digital readings off of the watch. This could also enable me to have my own Watch / device added on a different profile for myself and keep all it this at one place with different devices linked in different profiles.

Primary standard UI, not upto the mark. Need lot of improvement. Developers, please use your best skills to improve this app. Not showing notifications details, only name of WhatsApp sender is showing & while phone call receiving, only number is showing. In this era, you have to be prompt in solving the issues. I have sent this review since 3 months but non of you have responded. Very disappointing. Leonard A. Davidson.
