This app will not send message notifications from my iPhone (15Pro) to my new Eigiis KE3 Smartwatch. The phone call vibration works but not one messaging app notification works. I have messaged the Developer asking for help via the App and have received no response. Very unprofessional! The app looks good & has all the fitness functions etc. I wanted but this message notification failure is very disappointing. I will likely have to return the watch & delete the app.

I’ve tried absolutely everything to get the app to find my HiFuture smart watch device but nothing works. I’ve reset everything multiple times/etc followed every instruction or tip but it doesn’t work. Very frustrating as the watches website specifically says it syncs with this app.

The app doesn’t sync GPS data from my watch. The only way I can get a GPS track is to start the workout from my phone and carry the phone with me. Otherwise it is ok but lacks some data that my old TomTom had.

Everything works well. Except time format. Please fix so that it doesn’t keep reverting back 12hr format. 12hr format doesn’t display correctly. No am or pm. 24hr looks good but keeps changing back to 12hr 🤬

This app is very generic and doesn’t allow much customization with your watch. Alpha Gear Watches uses this app and it’s a complete disappointment. Very general information with limited functionality. I would not recommend using this app and the only reason I had to download it was because of Alpha Gear. I will be returning the watches due to having to use this app.

The watch does not connect with the iPhone and only shows connected but is not as cannot forget device to reconnect. Have followed the guide many times with no success!!!😡

The app does not register the same information as the watch. The watch does not have as much data information that a smart watch today usually has. I am not happy with this purchase.
