Veldig skuffet!
hei! Jeg er ikke fornøyd med denne klokka. Den skrur seg selv av flere ganger på rad. Ikke hver dag, men det skjer flere x ila samme dag. Jeg skjønner ikke hvorfor… den gjør det selv om den er fult ladet. Jeg må trykke tre ganger på knappen for å kunne se på skjermen, ellers er den helt svart. Det er andre funksjoner som bare ikke fungerer nå lenger. Klokka fungerer ikke normalt. 😖 Jeg kjøpte min i desember, 2023. Det er flere mnd siden den gikk bananas. Jeg finner ikke ut hvordan jeg kan kontakte produsenten, og jeg klarer ikke å fullføre tilbakemld via app… 🤯 Anbefaler ikke produktet.
Good app but lacks a few things
Good app with the most vital functions. SpO2 is not written to apple health and stress measure is not an option. Only deep sleep is recorded in apple health not the other sleep stages..
I can’t download more faces for the watch
I have removed the app and downloaded again and the face gallery doesn’t work can’t download nothing than the default
Works with watch
The watch presents a QR code that links to this app and the app is given when you buy the watch. Everything works just as described - sleep monitor included and steps. Heart monitor just as expected but this app provides statistics and function during the day. There is no link to exercise app. The link to “Health” is very limited. This is good and don’t change anything, if more make an extra module that interface to various exercise app and a full interface to “Health” - but charge for this and you can provide multiple interface modules.

This app is very generic and doesn’t allow much customization with your watch. Alpha Gear Watches uses this app and it’s a complete disappointment. Very general information with limited functionality. I would not recommend using this app and the only reason I had to download it was because of Alpha Gear. I will be returning the watches due to having to use this app.
Binding is not working
The watch does not connect with the iPhone and only shows connected but is not as cannot forget device to reconnect. Have followed the guide many times with no success!!!😡
Not so good
The app does not register the same information as the watch. The watch does not have as much data information that a smart watch today usually has. I am not happy with this purchase.
