This app is an absolute nightmare

This app is full of bugs. First of all I want my workouts to be added to one of my calendars so I allowed that feature. But instead of letting me select which calendar, your app chose the first calendar from the alphabetic order. Which is my university calendar. It added all the workouts, also have many unsent emails on my uni emails or in the bin. My BIGGEST problem is the calendar, since it is partially a public one, my students messaged me about "workout" events they can see. It is absolutely embarrassing for me. When I contacted support and got a reply, it showed my own replies, which were sent via e-mail, in the app. This short notification force closes the app so it has become totally unusable. Last straw, I wanted to comment in one of the groups via the app, it wanted an sms confirmation - which turned out to be not supported. The Apple Fitness integration sometimes works, right now it seems to be not working. This app is ridiculous. I have paid for pro and all I have now is the access on the web.

Wrong price (Black Friday)

I just wanted to start and subscribe for the Pro plan. I got an offer for -70% +20%. I tapped to subscribe button and gave me 11.490 HUF. I paid it with Apple Pay. Right after I got an another pay dialog wit 8000 HUF for first year and 10.990 HUF for another. So I paid the first more expensive price and after got the real deal for black friday… I think this is a programming faliure or thats how you NOT GET the Black Friday price for first time. Nevermind I think I have to live with this and use pro features for the more expensive price… Hope that the app be useful

Where are the gyms?!

The gyms on explorefiton.com don’t all show up on the app. Getting help is like pulling teeth.

No communication

I have sent in at least 5 request for help. I've been trying to figure out why my credits are not working. Prior to this issue and needing assistance, I thought the app was easy to use. So I guess as long as you have no issues that need to be addressed the app is fine.

Not Personalized For Me

I answered all their questions and the first exercise that came up for me to try was not based on the particulars of my answers. It was a lot longer and harder for someone just starting out. I only wanted a 5-10 minute workout and I got a 20 minute workout. Pilates!

The best workout app

Not just the best workout app, but I’d even go as far as to say the best designed app out there. It has a lot of options for customization and pretty intuitive to use. The workouts are high quality and effective. It’s the one app I’ve shared most and everyone else I’ve recommended it to loves it as well!

Poor customer service

I’m trying to navigate the app. Called. Hideous AI translator. Opened a case no response. No videos or help. How many credits to I get a month? How can I suspend my local gym. Crickets.

Decent workouts- terrible app to navigate

The workouts are actually pretty good- comparable to some of the popular, high end apps. However, the app is incredibly difficult to navigate, finding a program is difficult without proper descriptions (i.e., I was trying to find a strength/ weights only program and had to enter and review the assigned workouts to determine which fit). Also once joining a program, can be difficult to find that program on the overly busy app.
