Loading screen error
After almost a year practice with Fiton pro now i cannot start my fiton app either in Iphone 11 Pro or my Apple TV, my app stuck in quote loading screen … please help me fix it I already paying annually subscription

Updated to the latest version but can’t get the video to start
Just updated to the latest version, now when I want to start a workout it always shows white screen and kept buffering. Tried to install and uninstall, reset my wifi connection, but still doesn’t work, please fix it Thank you
