Flink: Groceries in minutes

The app shows everything as “in stock”, from what I can tell. It’s only once you try to check out, however, that you find out for which items this isn’t true, and those items get cleared out from your shopping cart. I would be willing to bet this was done to make it appear like nothing is ever out of stock, but the end result is far more annoying. You can get around this by trying to add two of the item to your cart. If it says only 1 is available, chances are good 0 are actually available.

I love Flink, it’s the best delivery service for groceries in berlin although for months now the app has so many problems. I mean, how can they not fix the bugs? They are losing money and it’s so frustrating. That should be their priority considering the app is their business.

On top of this their service is spiteful and unprofessional.

A driver forgot a bag so half of my order was missing. These things happen, it’s fine. I tried contacting customer service multiple times and still no response. Is this tinder or flink cause why you ghosting people 👻

The discount rules are not clear. Codes do not always work. Resulting into spending long time shopping and then discarding it. Also, as I am typing this review, my text is white and invisible

Amazing function nice design. I would give 5 stars if the app was fully functioning like it was supposed to. However, the app is NOT RELIABLE at all, half of the time my order does not deliver and gets canceled after waiting for several hours. i ordered again and my order is not delivering again. I will not use this app anymore because it does not function. Don’t waste your time.

If you want order status notifications, you’re going to have Flink ads in your notifications randomly throughout your day. There is no way to separately turn off ads. The delivery service is otherwise great, except they’re often out of essentials.

i had a few positive experiences with this app, until they wouldn't deliver my full order and only refund me for those items after i spent days addressing the issue. but now they completely scammed me, they charged me for my delivery, and i never received anything. i filed a complaint through paypal since their customer service is also terrible, but i highly advise you not to download this app and choose other courier options like rewe to go, if you want to save your money, time, and nerves.
