Flo Period & Cycles Tracker Reviews
Flo is not female friendly enough
I hate Flo already since forever, the only reason I still use it is because I know the interface, it has all my menstruation dates and it can therefore calculate it easily. While I would have to redo everything on a new app. But what I hate so much about Flo is how they stuff advice about sex through your throat everytime I freaking open the app. It’s almost like that old saying ‘because sex sells’, well, not to me! I’m sick of it that I can’t turn off any of the damn advice that spams the freaking app. Like no, I do not care about what anal sex I should perform or how to satisfy myself sexually during my menstruation or whatever. Just stop it already, I feel like I have no free will in how I want this app to complement my life because it just spams me with topics I am not interested in. On top of it is Flo sooooo much behind compared to other apps. Why can Flo still not sync with my partners app on his phone? Why has Flo not come up with anything new yet that women can actually use and would improve our life instead of telling us how our sex should be?
Like maybe make it implementable into our phones calendar or god knows what. I have read so much criticism already about the Flo app by it’s users, on the platform and off the platform and it’s all the same I talk about.
So Flo, stop being a damn annoying thing in women’s life when we are actually craving to be understood and not pushed things in our face.
I bet a whole bunch of women can get behind of what I’m saying, we don’t always want sex to be a topic on this app and the first thing to show up on our screen. Women go through a whole bunch of hormonal things in a month, let alone in their life, can you imagine having a teenager getting spammed with how to have a sex life when she just tries to understand her menstrual cycle or a woman going through menopause having to read about how she should improve her sex life in whatever way while she’s just trying to make it through menopause to begin with. It almost seems like this app is made entirely by men…
Calendar glitch
I’ve been using the FLO app for many years now to help me track my cycles. And it’s been very helpful. However, over the past couple of months I have found that the calendar had erased my cycle dates after I have logged the them. This is very challenging since I need this calendar to be reliable.

No apple health sync
Nice app. But pity it doesn’t sync with apple health anymore AND that they didn’t communicate it.
Pitches for improvement on the Flo app considering women’s health
To add as symptoms: hiccups - menstrual cycle is known to lead to gastrointestinal disturbances, and hiccups is one symptom I’m having a lot lately, due to stress, poor eating habits, recreational medicines use (not only halopatic medicines as “under treatment/drugs/medicines - it requires more specificity, to improve women’s health data gathering for menstrual cycles.
I want to support the medical community with data, to improve specific treatment for women health, starting from a holistic approach.
The more data the merrier.
The option of contraceptive IUD with hormones, as those still allow women to go through their menstrual cycles, not interfering on the different phases, but due to possible lack of bleeding, we get lost of when in the cycle are we, to allow ourselves to feel accepted and allow ourselves to feel whatever the hormonal changes bring (cf. refer to book Period Power, brilliant).
I have many more suggestions to improve the app, so let me know in case you want to increase users’ performance, user friendliness, data collection, interaction with peers and technical experts, and personal own experiences.
Allow the users to help build a dream app for tracking our Flo holistically together.

Parfait
Application aide parfaite pour savoir quand nos règles arrive
