I tried the free trial, then cancelled it months ago, and to this day they keep taking around €30 per month from my account! I have sent messages to customers service and I only got generic answers saying they are busy at the moment.
Nothing in life is free, that much is clear. This app, however, takes the cake! It keeps throwing the endless “UNLOCK NOW” pop-ups in your face and keeeeeps on sprinkling… Keep in mind that this app literally does nothing more than the Apple cycle tracker app also does (for free when owning an iPhone) and luring you in with articles that you have to pay to read: google (and EVEN chatGPT) gives the same answers, FOR FREE. Not even mentioning the ANNOYING, UNWANTED— never-asked-for messages, every, single, darn, day. Now, they invented this new thing: to use the most basic part of the app, you’re being FORCED to log in. I guess I’ll start using the cycle tracker now. 2 stars (instead of 1) but only because the secret chat is a pit of relatable feminine gossip that’s frankly hilarious to read!

Hi Flo! First of all, I would like to say that I think it is a great app for tracking your menstrual cycle. It is designed in such a way that you can also indicate your emotional findings and physical condition in a fun way. I have to indicate that the app has changed recently, if I click on something or log in to the app, I am pushed to take out a subscription, there is also no cross in the corner that I can click on to click away from this advertisement. I find this really annoying. I don't want to be pushed to take out a subscription. I want this to be my own choice and I don't need 50 messages saying there is a discount or why I should take out a subscription. I understand that you want to make money, but this is not the right way to get this in front of you every time. I hope you can do something about this or at least place a cross in the corner that we can click away and not have to leave the app and then log in again.
Where has the feature of “cycle day 1” etc gone, with the graph of where you are in the risings and dips of your hormones, and the potential wins and challenges?? I loved that information and now all of a sudden it’s gone? So disappointing 😭
I’ve had Flo premium for years. A few weeks ago I decided I wanted to try out the non-premium Flo, so I cancelled my subscription. I’ve been paying €9 every MONTH for the past 3-4 years. Now I see a subscription is only €2,75 if I get it now. I think its horrible they do not update loyal users of this price drop but instead continue to make us pay an insane amount.

Hi Flo, I love using your app! A suggestion: it would be great if somewhere in the app I could note that I now have a IUD, so I can still log symptoms but not get notifications that my period is late or something. Thank you for creating such a great and woman positive app! X
Er wordt geen rekening gehouden met leeftijd voor de suggesties die je krijgt. Als je 50+ bent en langere tijd geen menstruatie hebt lijkt me de suggestie dat je zwanger kan zijn vrij ongepast; of in ieder geval kan ik andere meer plausibele redenen bedenken.. ik heb bij aanvang wel mijn geboortedatum moeten invullen dus het lijkt me geen lastig algoritme om hiermee rekening te houden !!
