Unable to access premium subscription even though it takes money from my account. Flo no help at all to resolve. Left out of pocket $73 :(
Been trying to log into my Flo after changing phones and it dosnt let me
i’ve enjoyed using this app and it is a good way to keep track. i do think that the symptoms that you can log are very limited, e.g the emotions are more centred on negative feelings and not necessarily the mix that women can feel when they are in varying stages of their cycle. i suggest including more emotions as this would make the app more relevant and realistic
Using flo has helped me understand my body and mind so much better. Recognising the patterns throughout my cycle helped me to get a diagnosis of endometriosis. I would love it if we could record gynaecological conditions in the app to make it even more personalised!! For example, I’m trying to track abdominal pain related to endo, and keep getting suggestions about digestive issues - would be great if I could just say I have endo the app would have to suggest what’s wrong!
Do not recommend this app if you are TTC because if you are unlucky enough to lose the pregnancy this app is terrible from then on. So much so I canceled my subscription. Then get an “offer” to continue on at a reduced rate that started with the copy “maybe you said some things you didn’t mean”. How insulting! App is great if you want to feel like your body is broken because your period isn’t on time though. So give it one star for inducing anxiety.
I love this app when I get started period cramps so I check how many days from 1 to 5.
I’ve been experiencing extremely painful periods (family history of endometriosis) was hoping to us flo to help get some answers before heading to the drs. Filled out all my information only to find out you have to pay to get answers for general information. I understand why but it’s abit sad that we can’t even get basic female health knowledge for free. Going to try find something else. Good old calendar could also do the trick.
I get that developers need premium subscriptions but I’ve never used an app which shoves the upgrades down your throat quite as much as this one. EVERY thing you click means an “upgrade to premium” full pager to X out of, and the price is arbitrarily different every time so you’re never confident you’re getting a fair price. It irritated me so much that it took me from “I’ll just test this app then probably subscribe” (I subscribe to dozens of apps, if I like it, I pay) to completely resistant to signing up. Then, I decided to try the 2 week free trial. I agreed with face ID to “two weeks free then you’ll be charged ~$50 for the year”. I left the app, came back in, and I STILL had premium pop ups. It said something along the lines of actually you can have the year for ~$27, then ~$50 per year after that… ok, great, I agreed. Turns out that wasn’t a 2 week trial then $27, I got charged right away. My mistake. Whatever, I took the L, I have premium now, at least I’ll be free of the CONSTANT requests to upgrade and I can just actually use the app… Ha. No. Despite having premium through to May 2025 (a year from now), paying for premium, I still: - had to complete a survey on why I don’t want premium before I could use the app, when I opened it yesterday - have had to X out of FIVE different pop up, full page “upgrade to premium” pages over <10 minutes of use over the last two days, while just trying to actually use the app I’m paying for. All with varying prices, it’s worth noting. It’s a slap in the face to still have this irritation after paying, and I can’t understand the logic. I’ll be requesting a refund through Apple and finding another less pushy app to use.
Decided to trial Flo premium last year and signed up for a one month free trial prescription that was difficult to cancel due to the confusing app layout. I have only just noticed that I did not cancel the prescription correctly and have been charged $25 a month for the past 6 months! Thanks a lot for nothing Flo!
I was really looking forward to using this app so I could share with my partner and extremely frustrated and annoyed I wasted my time downloading this app when it won’t work. I do not recommend if you were looking to share with your partner. Otherwise it’s an alright app.
