Flo Health Reviews

Postpartum

There really needs to be a postpartum option in the app because periods are unpredictable during this time, so it would be good to be able to have the option to be a bit more flexible with noting periods etc.

Used to be great

I was using Flo to track my pregnancy for 4 months, it provided great insights and was easy to use. However one day I went onto the app to find it was asking me to pay for a subscription. I’ve now deleted the app now as it was far to expensive.

Sign up then pay - no free basic option

ETreb111 on

New Zealand

I’m sure this is amazing but they don’t tell you you have to pay for even the simplest of tools (period tracker) until you go through the set up and personalisation process which involves 20 questions. I’m not able to pay the expensive charge so that was a waste of time and feel a bit swindled by the hidden fee.

SYMPTOM OPTIONS TO ADD

RPetal67 on

New Zealand

I generally love Flo and have found it one of the best period apps I’ve used, and I love the partner sharing feature. HOWEVER, I feel like it would be a lot better and more comprehensive if there were more symptom options added, specifically, the option to choose ‘red or brown spotting’, ‘gassy/flatulence’, and a scale for cramp pain/level. Adding these symptoms would make it the perfect period app.

Not Impressed

Clicked on “FREE TRIAL” for this ap. It then proceeds to charge me $99.99 for the yearly premium version after trial ended NO warning! I am fuming to put it lightly.

Not Transparent with Price

Dghtdhgfjyfngyjnfgj on

Downloaded the app and payed for the first month which was $1 or something, then was told that it was $25 pm after that. You can imagine my surprise when $42 came out of my account!!! Was not clear that pricing was in UDS and $42 NZD a month for a period tracking app is outrageous!!!

Subscriptions don’t work

beefjerky159 on

Unable to access premium subscription even though it takes money from my account. Flo no help at all to resolve. Left out of pocket $73 :(

Can not transfer account to new phone

Been trying to log into my Flo after changing phones and it dosnt let me

great app - could do with improvement

Ottissa ? on

i’ve enjoyed using this app and it is a good way to keep track. i do think that the symptoms that you can log are very limited, e.g the emotions are more centred on negative feelings and not necessarily the mix that women can feel when they are in varying stages of their cycle. i suggest including more emotions as this would make the app more relevant and realistic

Life changing

Katy Con on

Using flo has helped me understand my body and mind so much better. Recognising the patterns throughout my cycle helped me to get a diagnosis of endometriosis. I would love it if we could record gynaecological conditions in the app to make it even more personalised!! For example, I’m trying to track abdominal pain related to endo, and keep getting suggestions about digestive issues - would be great if I could just say I have endo the app would have to suggest what’s wrong!
