Update: I’ve deleted my account and removed the app entirely as it’s still selling users’ data and still facing lawsuits for this. No thanks. The app has a minimalistic design, which is nice, and has some useful features as well. However, there is no option to do anything in this app without contacting the support team who do not bother answering. Can’t change your name, can’t change your email address once it’s verified (what?!), can’t change your profile picture to your own (not even in the premium version) so you’re forced to use silly cartoon pictures from the app. Just imagine going to your doctor with a report with the picture of a crazed panda on it - does it sound professional?! Moreover, occasionally, after logging certain symptoms you’ll get an entirely useless invitation to chat with a robot, chat where you are restricted in terms of your own answers since you can only choose from predefined options. Absolutely horrendous app.

Flo has some really great video-courses and relevant facts. The ability to log both cycles and data is not much better than what you can already do in apple health, but if you subscribe and put in the time the courses and insights are really good. There are some downsides though that has made me use the app less and less: - Though it syncs some data with apple health it only syncs very few symptoms. So all loggings of for instance headaches or acne is only in Flo. And that’s even though it is possible to log it in apple health. So if you use Flo to log symptoms instead of for instance apple health your data are stuck there. - Personally I didn’t use the courses and insights for a while and therefor decided to take a brake on the subscription. I kept on logging my data in Flo so I would have the data in the app for when I wanted to subscribe again. But everywhere in the app it tries to make you interact and when you push a button, an insight or accept to talk to the insisting healthrobot a “subscribe” pop up will appear. It doesn't show you what content or features require subscription before you click it so it pops up all the time. Sometimes it even makes you spend time on answering questions and accepting terms before suddenly saying “Hey! This is actually something you need to subscribe for. Let me show you the options”. Well .. that would have been nice to know five minutes ago. - I think the courses are really great. The overview of the content is confusing though. This one is not a dealbreaker. It’s just annoying. There are no way to filter or search for content and topics are mixed in the same pile as “the latest” and “whats hot”. It’s also confusing to find out how far you are in a course. And don’t forget to bookmark it when you start a course if you want to find it again.

I have tried to log my previous pregnancy because the app is alarmed that I haven’t had my period for over a year. I cannot find any guides on how to do it and customer service has not responded to my fairly simple question since I contacted them in february. Only responce is an autogenerated mail 5 weeks after each request, from “Maria” whom I suppose is a bot, who excuses the delayed answer and asks for me to contact them again, if I still need help. Useless. I have deleted the app and regret buying my 12 month subscription.

I’ve had this app for 3 years now and I bought a new iPhone recently and suddenly it’s not free anymore? Why ?! Such a disappointment How do I get back to the free option? I can’t .. only a free trial and when that ends it’s not free anymore

Over the last year, you’ve managed to turn ALL the basic features into paid features. There’s not even a calendar anymore. ON A TRACKING APP?! You don’t actually care to help anyone but your own wallets. Shame on you

I love this app ❤️ It helps me what I need tracking things 🥰 It actually help me realise when I was pregnant and when my cycles began and ended. It helped me a lot. I can only say yes to this app 🥰 thank you for this tool for a person like me who always forget things 😊

I forgot to cancel the free trial which is on me, but figured I’d use it since I’d payed for it. However no matter how many times I log that I take the pill and that my period isn’t late, I get constant notifications about my period supposedly being late. I would’ve used it for the resources in the app, but the annoyance of the notifications has meant I never use it even well after turning off all notifications. I’m sure it’s great for some, but a pass from me
