As in the title. I set a timer on my Mac for 25 min, then had another timer for a break for 5 min. I’ve left my Mac of the table, grabbed iPhone to see the timer, but iPhone doesn’t unfortunately carry over the timer from the Mac. So it’s a good app on its own, but integrating it more within the ecosystem would be better.
Love that it does just one thing well.

You don't have to worry about keeping yourself on track as much because you work in 25 minutes 'flows' then break for 5 minutes. The day flies by because you become competitive with yourself (in my experience) to do another 'flow'. It's great because it really reduces anxiety if time management has been a problem. You just focus on increasing your number of flows completed for the day, that week and year (which it records). Thanks Flow-Focus & Pomodoro Timer!
I use it at work, and it helps me so much to stay focus. My manager has recommended it to the rest of the team because I told her my stats improved so much thanks to this tool. 100% would recommend. I love the fact that I can change the time of the flow sessions, it allows me to adjust for more difficult days and the ability to block apps while working is really handy as well and helps me to stay focus big time. I wish I had something like this when I was a student. I would have done my homeworks in no time!

Brilliant app, works really well no bugs so far. Have been using for 2 months. Would like to have an option where when you're in focus mode it automatically turns on do not disturbs and turns it off again for break.
I appreciate that it allows some adjustments on how long the flow state is and long/short breaks are. Thank you for making it easy to use and not annoyingly intrusive.
