With Flow Lab you train your mind in guided audio sessions to master your everyday challenges with more flow. Through mindfulness-based meditation and breathing exercises you will increase your ability to concentrate and your emotional balance. But Flow Lab is more than traditional mindfulness training: Science-based mental training exercises from positive neuroplasticity training and cognitive behavioral therapy also help you cultivate positive emotions, overcome limiting beliefs and develop an optimistic and resilient mindset.

SUBSCRIPTIONS AND CONDITIONS
The subscription is automatically renewed unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current term. Your iTunes account will be charged for the next term within 24 hours of the current subscription expiring. You can turn off automatic renewal at any time via iTunes Account Settings.
Flow Lab integrates with the Apple Health app. If you chose to connect Flow Lab with Apple Health you will be able to track your meditations as mindful minutes.

I downloaded the app and then forgot about it for a few weeks but I’m so glad I picked it up, I am really enjoying the sessions and I normally struggle to go into a meditative state

What’s Wrong?

It is 7:42am on Dec 9th and I am unable to access the app. I open the app and I am staring at a blank, black screen; my subscription does not end until next September. What is the problem? Now it is the 2nd day Dec 10th I’ve been unable to access app.

It’s a good App, had been using it on android for years. Was actually surprised at the price when I came to iPhone. Unfortunately they have priced themselves out of my pocket. It’s a shame, because it was a great idea.

Downloaded this app and subscribed a month ago and after the first 2 days it wouldn’t allow me to even open the app for about a week. Now it won’t allow me to listen to any of the guided meditations. If bugs keep popping up I’ll have to find another meditation app

Most accessible gamified meditation app

I ran into FlowLabs while researching meditation apps to help calm my frantic brain. I evaluated both this and FitMind, and I find FlowLabs to be more accessible. The gamification is excellent and helps reinforce healthy habits. The narrator really shines in your sessions — I found FitMind’s to be more “mechanical” if that makes any sense, whereas Flow feels more like an actual guide. For the actual results, I’ve been using Flow for at least 5x a week for 4 months and can say that every mental aspect of my life has improved. I can absolutely focus better, I find myself managing tough situations more easily, and I generally feel happier than I have in the past. Like with anything, you get what you put in, so YMMV, but I found that committing to a regular regiment with Flow has been a force multiplier in my life. Highly recommend it.
