Your iTunes account will be charged for the next term within 24 hours of the current subscription expiring. You can turn off automatic renewal at any time via iTunes Account Settings.
Flow Lab integrates with the Apple Health app. If you chose to connect Flow Lab with Apple Health you will be able to track your meditations as mindful minutes.

ADHD Symptom Improvement?

I feel like this app has been very thoughtfully and carefully designed and developed. I started using it at around the same time I started supplementing omega levels with Krill oil capsules. All I know is that my lifelong ADHD symptoms have significantly alleviated since using this app almost daily. I have the most sustained mental focus, motivation and memory recall that I can ever remember experiencing in adulthood. Even mundane tasks are feeling more rewarding lately. Only downside is the same voice is used on all the content. For me, it’s way too syrupy and very cringey much of the time. It honestly sounds quite insincere and this is really unfortunate. I stuck with it initially because I am a practicing cognitive behavioural therapist and I know that the scientific basis of the session content itself is basically sound, it’s the delivery that’s somewhat off-putting (especially for non-US users, I’d say). Otherwise - one of the most useful apps I’ve ever discovered. Hey-ho, give it a go?

Decent but still buggy

The app is decent and makes for a good 15min mindful start to the day although the sessions get a bit repetitive at times, annoyingly it started crashing every time I try to do the daily check ups recently… if I skip them it runs ok but not sure if that will affect the tailoring of the sessions or not…

Can’t tell if it’s valuable or just fluff.

Visually this looks good but from the 1 free exercise I can’t determine if this is worth the money or not. They claim to offer a 7 day free trial but this seems to be only after you pay or give over your payment details. Therefore I don’t have enough information on this app to determine its value to pay for it. Extremely poor sales approach.

I gym regularly thro the week but I do nothing to strengthen my mind. So finding this app has been great and quite different to anything I’ve ever listened too. There is the relaxation aspect, and growth aspect. I’m really enjoying it. Each session is relatively short. A good investment.

Thanks a lot to the whole Flow Lab team for this app and program you’ve put together, that’s really incredible! I’ve been using it constantly for the last 6 weeks in a particularly difficult period, and I have to say it helped me a lot to stay positive and keep the right attitude all the way through it. ’m feeling better and improved everyday! Genuinely the best app I might have ever paid for on my phone. I’ve struggled with motivation for a long time and this has affected my outlook almost instantly. So glad I found this as I’m heading into university this year! I’ve been using Flow Labs for a week now, but I decided to sub for a year after a couple minutes.

I’ve never written a review in my life, but this is necessary.
