Its great and good my first experience and happy with its package prices

L’appli est nulle et buggee, multicity horrible, les champs pour passagers parfois ne sont pas actifs, idem pour la CB. Je ne parle ps des prix, un vrai scandale. Low service, high cost. Et Dubai terminal 2 avec 20 mn de bus avec clim a 14 degrés. Nul.

The worst !! Customer service is zero ! Like a joke, they don’t help you. They keep my 800$ money for No reason ! I paid 2 times a ticket and I ask for refund 1 as I paid more for took refundable option, but this don’t care !! Avoid this company

Best service and comfortable flight

I listen flydubai is the budget carrier that why their plane is small and low comfort but if you see the pricing more then emirates usually same price ike Emirates but in peak season more then emirates airline i can’t not understand. Their should be difference between emirates and flydubai

It supposed make our live easy, but the fact it is not allowing basic paste is really frustrating due to the amount of info required

Easiness to purchase the ticket

This app is poorly designed does not pick up the flights booked with our agent despite the EK skywards number already being added. Also, even if you have already logged in verified the log in using the OTP etc it will keep logging you out of the app. So the next time you reopen the app again you have to do the same exact procedure as initially logging in. It’s exhausting if you are doing this multiple times in a day or you are on a trip and you will need to make changes to your flight or select seat or when it’s time to check in. :( Frustrating!

Constant delays at almost 99% of their flights and horrible service! Avoid at all costs
