We tried to contact support for two weeks in order to return the ticket on time. The phone doesn't work - but they sent a standard answer by email. Eventually they stopped responding to letters. I do not recommend this company to anyone

I listen flydubai is the budget carrier that why their plane is small and low comfort but if you see the pricing more then emirates usually same price ike Emirates but in peak season more then emirates airline i can’t not understand. Their should be difference between emirates and flydubai
