Meals
Some refreshments and snacks should be provided onboard. The fares aren’t as cheaper as before anyways.
Ridiculous admin fees in small font!!
It’s unheard of .. To charge an admin fee for paying online! Plus it’s hidden.. very unprofessional and a bad customer experience for me personally!!! I don’t care how cheap the tickets are It’s stupid that I have to pay a fees for using my Apple Pay or even inputting my card details especially when it’s self serve! Get the concept of self serve - flydubai!
Inefficient
I had to manually enter all my traveller details although I’m logged-In and all my details do show on my account.
Time consuming
When you switch to another app (to get passport details, for example) when you come back the app restarts and you have to start the process all over again. Even after entering passport details for all passengers and pressing save, on the next page (visa requirements) I went to another app to check if I need a visa and when I came back the app restarted and I had to re-enter all passenger details again!!
