Bad customer service
I booked two tickets flight for my in-laws 4 months in advanced for a family reunion in Saudi Arabia. Flydubai cancelled my in-laws flight and transit, without contacting me or communicating with me. My in-laws were offered a different flight after 2 days from the original day, and they were stranded in Dubai airport for 19 hours. The original flight plus transit would have taken around 7 hours. I have contacted customer service, first they’ve offered me some compensation and after, they have changed their story and refused any compensation. I am very dissatisfied with flydubai, and will never use their services again.

The app keep logging out and every single time I need to input the login details and it doesn’t even support Face ID. Very annoying to be always logged out !
