Forces you to sit through a 20 second ad for products you already own in order to use them. Absolutely awful. ***edited*** Worse after update with annoying voice overs and awful knockoff club music in the background of the treatments. Honestly, what were they thinking?
Why?
I keep getting error notifications in the app about “a technical failure” to pair with my new Luna mini 3. I contacted the customer service and they say it’s a bug in the app which they’r working on. This is already almost 2 weeks ago....
You have to pay for certain excises as if we didn’t already spend hundreds of dollars on the device.
I have attempted to cancel payment to this app for 3 months and my account is still being billed! DO NOT DOWNLOAD!
I have used the FOREO Bear with the supercharged serum for 2 years and I do see a difference in the firmness of my skin
I literally cannot believe that the app is the only way to unlock and use a face brush for the shower. Literally garbage design. Further, the app doesn’t remember state when in the middle of registration of a device when you need to flip to settings to enable Bluetooth, and then constantly tries to upsell you on subscription plans and warranty/service plans. In all, just a bad customer experience.
Must use app for device to work which can be annoying. The 3 programs “workouts” are underwhelming. It would be nice if it offered more.
This app is so unreliable. It will update and remove your device, and there’s no easy remedy.
I’ve never been so frustrated in my life. Not user friendly
