Money grab

You have to pay for certain excises as if we didn’t already spend hundreds of dollars on the device.

Scam

I have attempted to cancel payment to this app for 3 months and my account is still being billed! DO NOT DOWNLOAD!

Lifting

I have used the FOREO Bear with the supercharged serum for 2 years and I do see a difference in the firmness of my skin

Required to use a face brush?

I literally cannot believe that the app is the only way to unlock and use a face brush for the shower. Literally garbage design. Further, the app doesn’t remember state when in the middle of registration of a device when you need to flip to settings to enable Bluetooth, and then constantly tries to upsell you on subscription plans and warranty/service plans. In all, just a bad customer experience.

App is limited

Must use app for device to work which can be annoying. The 3 programs “workouts” are underwhelming. It would be nice if it offered more.

Unreliable, awful

This app is so unreliable. It will update and remove your device, and there’s no easy remedy.

Good App for my newly bought device

I got a ufo 1 a few years ago and at that time the App almost crashed all the time and I can not process any treatment. But now it is really surprised me that FOREO App has been developed so well. It is very easy to use with such good quality and user experience. Keep doing it. Thanks

Terrible new version

The new version of the app is terrible and is simply not working for me. So now I have a device worth hundreds of dollars that I can’t use!!! Horrible!!

There are so many advertisements I barely can use the device.

Every interaction with app it’s just moment of endless waiting for ads end. With new subscription features the features which goes with a device stopped working. The person who directing the monetization decisions should just leave. I’m sure designers don’t do all the horrible experiences for users from free will.
