FOREO For You

Hola, la batería de mi Luna 3 no dura ni dos usadas. La primera vez duró sin cargar por dos o tres meses. La segunda vez q lo cargué, duró casi lo mismo. La tercera y cuarta duraron no más de dos usadas. No puede ser... lo cargué casi alrededor de diez horas y ese fue el resultado. No sé si es un problema de actualización (la app mi FOREO está actualizada) o qué pasa? Yo vivo en Perú y el dispositivo lo compré en Estados Unidos.

Ya no puedo controlar los colores de la luz led, ahora solo tiene 3 tonos y no puedo conseguir todos los colores que antes el app me permitía, por favor regresen a la versión anterior

To start off, I’ve completely fallen in love with FOREO and FAQ products. I think the way they have their products inside to give you the best resource is really cool concept. The products are worth every penny spent on itself is really attentive to the needs and concerns of their consumers and anytime an issue has come up. He seems to work hard to rectify it quickly to ensure a happy customer base Not right there speaks volume just on its own about this company as a whole. Great app, Great products, and Great customer service. 5 stars for me.

What a stupid and unnecessary thing to HAVE TO DOWNLOAD this app just to use the face cleanser tool. Horrible and stupid

I received a device from FOREO as a gift and I had to connect to the app to use it, which is just plain ridiculous!!!! the app also asked for things like purchase date and proof of purchased when I didn’t even have that. I ended up being able to use the device. But notifications from the app bugged me repeatedly.

Once you open the app, there’s a fullscreen unskippable ad followed by a pop-up ad. It just makes the app inconvenient to use.

So you update the app but don’t push out the app update requirement so nothing works until consumer has to call to find out that they need to delete and reinstall the app. Very poor experience

I don’t know which to blame — the app or the device. I’ve had trouble a couple of times registering one of my devices. It kept telling me that the serial number I entered was not valid. It turns out that what I took to be the serial number, wasn’t. don’t know what THAT is, but the much longer barcode on the bottom part of the label on the box is the corrrct one. Once I got that sorted out, I was able to register the device. Also, some of the instructions for some of the devices are not very clear at all as to how you’re supposed to use it. But I finally got it figured out.

At some point they broke the app and now it seems it’s no longer possible to remove an uploaded mask from the UFO. Replacement with another mask also doesn’t work properly as to move a mask to a different place, you have to “unselect” it (which you can’t do anymore)

I get ads every time I open the app. Also the UFO 2 keeps disconnecting. So frustrating when you need the app to use the product but cannot because the device disconnects.
