Total absurdo e descaso com o consumidor. Comprei o produto Luna mini 3 e não consigo registrar de forma alguma. Da a informação que não consegue ler o código de barras e quando tento digitar o código de registro, informa que não existe. Vocês estão a brincar com o consumidor? Um produto caso que não funciona? Que falta de respeito. Estou bem decepcionada.

I have UFO 2 and it’s only work with the app the first time but not after that.
It does not respond when I press or hold the button. The only time it does is when I charge it. Can there be a defect with my device?
Got a new UFO but it wont connect. Probably some issue in your latest update. And yes it is fully charged and BT is on. Also tried another iphone but no luck.
My UFO mini is connected as a device, but when I want to use the device the app is loading and dosen’t work.... So i have not been using the device since I bought it.... I have a iPhone 7plus. It works on my fathers andriod... So it has to be something wrong with the app?

Could you make it possible to have history when the device is not connected?
You have to pay for certain excises as if we didn’t already spend hundreds of dollars on the device.
