Poor product, and terrible Customer Service
I am extremely dissatisfied with the customer service at FORM. I ordered Form 2 glasses (order AUS8419) and, upon trying them out, found that the visibility was severely inadequate. I could not see my surroundings in the water, which is unacceptable for safety and usability. Consequently, I decided to return the Form 2 along with a previously ordered Form 1 (order AUS8318), which I had not yet used and ordered less than a month too.
I reached out to your support team over a week ago to initiate a return and have yet to receive any form of response. Despite multiple attempts to contact your team via email, there has been complete silence on your end. This lack of communication is frustrating and unprofessional, especially when dealing with returns that affect your customers' satisfaction and safety.
Additionally, I was informed that I am responsible for the return shipping costs, which adds insult to injury given the defective nature of the product and the poor service.
Form 2 - so so Heart Rate monitor
Not able to get a reliable and consistent heart rate reading.
Main reason I upgraded to the Form 2.
It is crucial that I stop swimming if my HR gets to high as I have intermittent Atrial Fibrillation and a enlarged Abdominal Aorta.
Naturally I am concerned that the HR keeps displaying erratic heart beats and often drops off displaying any Heart rate.
Polar verity sense OH1 + monitor connected to the Form swim 1 was 100% reliable.
Everything else seems good.
Better fit. Less fog. More comfortable.
Good features but poor vision
The goggles fit well etc., but the shape of the lens (??) makes it very difficult to see .
Garmin Fenix 5x Not Supported
Can this watch please be added to the list of compatible watches? Elapsed Time and stroke rate are pretty boring open water stats and I don’t want to have to buy a new watch just so I can see better data on my new goggles as I swim
