This app is so easy to navigate and the staff is super helpful and friendly. Truly the best shampoo and conditioner I’ve ever used. 💯

I can’t make an account all it says is “enter email to login” no sign in what so ever.

I love this product. My hair has never been healthier. They formulate your shampoo and conditioner according to your needs and ask for review periodically to see how your doing and make any changes according to your review. They are amazing and I love the price. It’s very reasonable.

Unannounced subscribing and unable to remove credit card

I placed an order and NEVER received it and they have continued to charge my account. Stay away from this company.

How do you take your card off the app?

I love my Formulate Hair & Skin Care products! Yes, this is a subscription based company. HOWEVER, you can change the frequency of your deliveries as well as the date of your next delivery. They work to improve each shipment, so it’s important to provide accurate information, and give feedback when the time comes! Not only is there Braille on the Shampoo & Conditioner bottles, but the Formulate app seems to be VoiceOver friendly! This company is customer oriented, and receptive to feedback. I will continue to support them!

The app just loads up to the formulate screen and won’t function for me.
