I rented a car once in vienna, and they charged me 9€ for “validation fee”. wtf? Anytime carsharing in czechia doesn’t have any hidden fees like this app do. absolutely not recommended.

Money for fuel refuelling problem
I have actual problem with this company. I had a problem with refueling card during my sharing experience, so I was requested by sharenow staff to refuel the car for my own money with promise, the money is going to be returned when I send a proof of payment. After sending a proof and indicating of gas amount raise in application as well, sharenow has still problem with refunding and they actually owe me the money.

It is a very stupid service. I try to register, but can not do it, because I live in Chez Republic. Though they're support ask me to give them documents that I am a resident of EU. Than they asked me about translation of all my documents (they were in English) to the German. In the application they send me a message that I wrote my name two different ways 8))) but I can not edit it in the app, there is no such option! And in the end they asked me about registration certificate that used only in German! So be careful with this service, because of their support changes the requirements at its discretion!

Details zu den Fahrzeugen ist sehr schwierig zu finden.
Alles gut, aber ich würde gerne vorher die Ladeflächen Details wissen. Ich konnte es nicht finden, obwohl ich einmal sowas gesehen hatte. Falls das vorhanden ist, ist es schwierig in der App zu finden.

Dann habe ich mir mal die neuesten Rezensionen angeschaut: vernichtend. 🤢🤢 Dann habe ich mir die Reaktionen des Anbieters angeschaut: nichts‼️ Die Sorgen der Kunden ernst nehmen: No‼️ Also ich lass das erst mal mit dem verifizieren. Leute, ich versteh das immer noch nicht: wie kann man in der freien Marktwirtschaft mit so viel Konkurrenz links und rechts so dermaßen achtlos mit seinen Kunden umgehen❓ Bleibt nur der Schluss, ihr wollt, dass Euer Laden pleite geht‼️🤪🤪🤪
Früher mal gut
Mit jeder Umbenennung wird die App/der Service schlechter. Inzwischen zahlt man am Flughafen 14,99 extra. Da kann ich gleich ein Taxi nehmen.
