Scam: no charging refund, hidden fees, terrible customer service
Their charging refund process and extra fees are a scam. I rented a car in Paris for one week. I thought the concept was very good as charging is also included in the price. However, the refund process is a fraud. They pay the money back to your bank account that can take up to six weeks. Finally after several weeks they sent me ”payment documents” but the money never arrived to my bank account. I have recieved absolutely worst customer service after complaining. I was forced to send my bank statements from end of May to end of July to prove that I have not recieved the money. I found this very uncomfortable because bank statements have a lot of information about my spending. After the document was sent I was told that the money is paid. So why did I then even send the statements if this is the answer?!? The issue is still not solved and I have not recived my charging reimbursement. Furthermore, I was charged a 20 eur handling fee from apparently getting a parking fine etc. I have not recieved any parking fine. Also, parking should be included in the price within Paris. Overall I have lost money and a lot of time trying to solve this issue. So the company is a scam!
Frustrating app
I’ve put the language to English because there is not my language to choose. Now I got push notification to Swedish and Germany in the app. I don’t understand what it says, I can’t go back, I can’t copy the text to put on google translate, only option it to accept something I don’t understand.
App doesn’t show the car prices to me. And what ever I try, I get this notification in foreign language.
Useless service, slow customer support
The app is not working as described. Unfortunately even though I live in EU I can’t use the app.

I can't adjust the size of the radar anymore. Epic you know what. Also, can't adjust distance units, they're in miles now. Another epic.
Details zu den Fahrzeugen ist sehr schwierig zu finden.
Alles gut, aber ich würde gerne vorher die Ladeflächen Details wissen. Ich konnte es nicht finden, obwohl ich einmal sowas gesehen hatte. Falls das vorhanden ist, ist es schwierig in der App zu finden.

Leute, ich versteh das immer noch nicht: wie kann man in der freien Marktwirtschaft mit so viel Konkurrenz links und rechts so dermaßen achtlos mit seinen Kunden umgehen❓
Bleibt nur der Schluss, ihr wollt, dass Euer Laden pleite geht‼️🤪🤪🤪
Früher mal gut
Mit jeder Umbenennung wird die App/der Service schlechter. Inzwischen zahlt man am Flughafen 14,99 extra. Da kann ich gleich ein Taxi nehmen.

Betrüger
Ich wurde verdächtigt, in Düsseldorf falsch geparkt zu haben und mir wurden 20 Euro vom Konto abgebucht, obwohl ich es nicht war. Jetzt ist dieser Fall seit 2 Wochen offen und keine Rückmeldung. Diese Betrüger.
Ich war da lange Kunde und jetzt haben die mich verloren.
