I couldn’t complete the verification for my driver’s license, no matter how many times I tried. I also sent two emails asking for help with this, but they didn’t respond. Thanks so much for wasting my time

Company has unreliable damage noting system. Will put 100 euro fine for wrongly parked car even if there is no penalty from parking company or municipality. Customer support ignores arguments served for defence and inability to move car myself because of technical issues (car didn't recognize key fob). Can't recommend this company. Takes multiple emails and threatening to make appeal and be heard.

I’m a tourist in Vienna for a couple of days. I saw this car-sharing option, so I installed the app. 1. I couldn’t fill out all the necessary information (e.g, adding my driver's license) without pressing the button . When I have been clicked on that button 3 times, I finally finished my reservation. *Payment details were asked 2 times. 2. Afterwards, I closed the app till the next morning. Only then I noticed that I had been charged 9€ for nothing. Thankfully 15€ coupon was added to my account automatically, that fully covered my next ride. 3. Car was sooooo dirty. In the back seat, there was real garbage left there, the seats were incredibly dirty as well. Thankfully the front of the car wasn’t so dirty, but still, there were some empty cans and cigarettes. If there would be a different option I definitely wouldn't use this car. 4. Before I opened the car I had the option to report an issue, but after that “start reservation” had been pressed, the button was nowhere to be found. There was just one pop-up with the question “is the salon dirty” but there was no possibility to add any evidence. 5. After the trip has ended, also there “report” has been nowhere to be found.

The team is very slow in responding to my emails. I had a problem with my account and I just asked to delete my account so that I could register again. As a result, I sent 6 letters, where I explained the same information in different ways and I still cannot enter the application. Also, if you enter the underground parking, lose the connection on your phone and turn off the car, then you will no longer be able to start it and finish the trip. It takes more than 30 minutes to get through to them, and more than 10 days to write up. Share Now don't want to solve your problems.

Be aware! You can use this app only if you oficially live in country where they provide service. Insted of telling this in their web or app, they let you though the registration process, takes registration fee and force you to go to their shop. Then they tell you that you cannot use this service. Whaaat??! No logic at all! Verry disaponted! 2 days wasted on this!

Nachdem ShareNow von Stellantis gekauft wurde sind nur seelenlose Autos zu mieten. Früher waren immer wunderschöne Fiats 500 überall und man konnte sogar 2er bmw als Kabrio mieten. Auch ganz viele Minicooper und bmws. Vermisse die Zeiten.

Da wir öffentlich nicht zu einem besonderen Berg fahren konnten in den bayerischen alpen dachten wir es ist eine gute Idee mit dem car sharing Auto dorthin zu fahren. Leider lassen sich manche Autos nur mit internet empfang öffnen (verschließen sich nach gewisser Zeit von selbst) es gibt keinen Schlüssel mehr um das auto zu öffnen! Glücklicherweise fanden wir einen Balken empfang im Naturschutzgebiet und haben es gerade so geschafft von weiter weg zum Auto zu rennen gleichzeitig auf entsperren zu klicken und so irgendwie mit viel Glück das Auto aufzusperren. Nie wieder in entlegene Gebiete mit share now leider!
