It’s absolutely unbelievable that, one month after my vacation in Vienna, I’ve received three fines! Honestly, I find it shocking because I’ve been driving for 9 years without ever getting a single fine or being involved in an accident. Okay, I can understand that I might have made a mistake in a foreign country, so I could accept one fine. But the other two? One of them claims I was driving at 5:10 in the morning, when I was actually asleep! The other one accuses me of being involved in an accident that never happened, and they’re asking me to provide police documents for an incident I was never involved in! It’s truly unbelievable! What’s worse is that there seems to be no way to properly communicate with them other than email, and they take 4-5 days to respond! Disappointing and frustrating!

They charge you a subscription fee without asking you as son as you register your card. Go check their trustpilot reviews. Unfortunately I didn’t.

The application works fine and easy to use. Their fees are ridiculous. When you book it says parking included but apparently not everywhere. Got a parking fine and had to pay additional 20€ for their administrational procedures!!!Meaning just to have someone check who had the car and give the information to the authorities! Then they have drop off fees in case you leave the car in another district according to their maps where anyone can just pick up the moment you leave it and drive it back. They do not pick it up themselves! Then they claim having priority in communications for Diamond members….that is the most ridiculous part. Four months still waited for a reply after several reminders. Decided just deleting the account without seconds thoughts. Other options out there people. 80% of the cars where in devastating conditions in regards to cleanliness, had to take trash and cigarettes out before I entered and wipe anything I would touch in most occurrences.

I dont suggest to use it Austria. Even if youbare a carefull driver like me, they will send you tickets by police 1 month later that you broke the law 1 month ago… parking speeding crossing a pedestrian street. I had all these. I am fed up with this app. The worst thing is that except of the fine on the police, you pay another 20 for the app. Rediculous. Delete immediatelly. I prefer using a scooter.

Have good support the answer you fast , but the app have problem with my card payment (Revolut), they send me in email a bank account to pay for my charge and they still try to get money from my bank account , and I have send back a bank receipt for my payment and answer me that it’s all ok now. . The cars I use it was new but dirty inside and in bad condition, in the front glass have a lot of scratches. I’m not sure if it’s legit to try it , its not vfm .

The idea of car sharing is great and the app is okayish. However customer service is below average, with rude representatives, inflexible and unware of basic info (e.g. Airport parking locations) Also there are so many administration fees that are difficult to follow, not to mention to predict total rental cost.

Alles gut, aber ich würde gerne vorher die Ladeflächen Details wissen. Ich konnte es nicht finden, obwohl ich einmal sowas gesehen hatte. Falls das vorhanden ist, ist es schwierig in der App zu finden.
