Weird customer support
For 2 weeks can’t get any response from customer service. 3 times raised tickets via app and email.
First experience fail
Reserved a car. Came. Opened. Couldn’t start. Car locked and.. someone else reserved it and i lost this particular one. It was told me by hotline support. Programmers rock…. Good job guys.

Абсолютно некомпетентны
В поддержке не знают какие driving license разрешены в Европе а какие нет. Отправил им свои международные права для ЕС которые специально зарегал перед поездкой. Чувак из поддержки написал что это мой паспорт. Даже не прочитал что там написано что это driving license. Борюсь уже третий день трачу время чтобы получить разрешение. Проще было бы снять машину в сикст
Ужасное геопозиционирование
Всегда очень тяжело найти авто на парковке аэропорта Мюнхена. Но сейчас я потратил 30 минут на егопоиски, которые так и не увенчались успехом. Я в бешенстве; вынужден ехать на поезде. Верните Время! А серьезно- посмотрите как работает приложение Яндекс Драйв- по-моему , эталон удобства пользователя.
Virtually no Support
After trying to activate my account in a different city it got suspended and after calling support 7 times and writing 5 emails nothing changed even though they promised that my account will be unblocked in 1-2 days.
Tarable interface
Spent 30 min trying to register, five time they reseted data that I entered. Enouth for me!
Не для российских туристов
Зарегистрировался, но не пропускают водительское удостоверение. Написали в письме, чтобы я добавил визу и подтвердительные документы на проживание во Франции. После отправки ответили что необходимо прислать перевод ВУ, но я отправил и национальное удостоверение и международное- итог отписка по непонятным причинам. Взять авто не удалось
