With a bureaucratic excuse they refuse to reimburse the refuelling I paid for. Not helpful, even if they can see I refilled the tank

My experience with this company has been extremely disappointing. I initially signed up when they were known as car2go, but they suspended my account because my driver's license was less than a year old at the time. After reaching out to them multiple times for assistance, I followed their advice to create a new account, only to have it suspended as well. Despite my efforts to communicate via email, I received a response stating that I am banned from using their services indefinitely, which is perplexing considering I never actually utilized their service. Furthermore, I've consistently used their competitors without encountering any issues. In comparison, this company's handling of my situation has been utterly unacceptable.

Forget this app/service Me & about 15 other ppl were all looking for our reserved cars - none to be found in the allocated area. Only help we got from the call center was that they’re somewhere in the 4000m2 parking area. Never again. Waste of time and energy.

I loved using sharenow but recently I got emails about some unpaid traffic tickets from almost a year ago. I instantly got blocked after that. Apart from the length of delay another weird thing was sharenow saying that the processing fee for each violation was 20 euros, whilst the actual tickets were 0. The support just isn’t responding.

Cars in Rome seem to be all dirty and soiled and with long lists of damages. Once a car was emitting smoke from the engine... In addition, got two fines because ShareNow is not allowed to use the Share parking lots of other companies, expecially - and this is absurd - the ones of thw local municipality’s mobility schemes. With the result that you will never find a parking slot. Sorry but very very bad service…

Might accept U.K. driving licenses but does not accept you living in the U.K. - staff had advised it did and advised what to input in place of Italian fiscal code - registered me with U.K. address and U.K. driving license - took a fee then locked the account saying Italian fiscal code was incorrect - this is despite it being what I was advised by staff to input -app does not recognise U.K. address therefore does not adjust required information making postcode and fiscal codes impossible to circumnavigate.

The only reasonable large car-sharing club in Europe that accepts UK driving licences (outside the UK). The app previously got 4.5 stars (rounded) for occasionally long refreshes and latency issues when trying to end a journey - these have now been fixed. Still, expect some issues (like silently cancelled rides) if you end and start a ride without opening doors/exiting the car. Edge case, I know Good selection of cars (although I wish you could see the engine in the 1er before turning up, given how you can get a 116i or a 120i at random). Rewards are nice, but expire quite quickly. Overall though a great service. Given the prices it is probably more expensive than Miles, but hopefully it doesn’t just shut down some day with so much capital behind it

I’ve installed this app for the first time, never used it before and was asked by the app to enable Bluetooth permissions, which I did. Then the app got stuck on a screen saying “Please enable location…”, but the app never asked me for any permissions so I could not approve the request! I’ve even checked ShareNow under system settings just in case, nope, no switch for location services there either. The app is plain stuck and dead as the screen in question has no buttons or other controls. iOS 15 + iPhone 12 mini.

Disaster, every time an issue. Twice I ended up paying extra money for issues with connection and faulty blockage of the engine. Two rents and it costed me already 200€ would be cheaper getting a driver and a Rolls Royce... Avoid.

After one day, they want to turn back the car, but they want to be paid the full amount for 7 days. Totally disappointed
