Fresha for business

Feedback – you change fresha logo… it’s a bad design, because in web site new logo poor recognize on toolbar. And mobile phone (I sometimes using grayscale mode) – new logo not reading…

Terrible customer service. No phone support only emails and they take forever to reply and sometimes don’t reply at all. Hidden fees. Very expensive. Not user friendly at all. I honestly don’t know how they are in business! Timely all the way. I have now switched over.

Extremely unprofessional and disappointing experience. The team lacks basic communication skills and shows no regard for client feelings or concerns. It feels like their primary focus is just on money rather than delivering quality service or building trust. Would not recommend.

I am not loving the new update as it is not easy to edit shifts. I used to just tap on top of column and edit shift times. Now it takes me to the whole day on its own and sets it back to singular days view. Instead of week view. I do love Fresha system, it is like having a receptionist. Just not a fan of this update.

They withhold your money take forever to set up your account after 5 years they decided they wanted to make sure my money was coming to me and now my money is withheld I cannot pay my rent I cannot pay my staff and I cannot order new stock and they did this to me right when I moved to a bigger shop looking for a new software now

I don’t know how I managed before I stumbled across fresha .. my work life is so much more manageable and now I feel able to run my business more professionally, with extra time to fit in more clients

This app has been with me more than 5 years. The team keeps it improved better every day and I adore its user interface 🙏🏽💕

I’ve been using Fresha for a few years now. It’s easy to use, you get published on Fresha website to gain more clients and the fact you can take card payment through Fresha aswell is fantastic. As it’s only me, Fresha is free, the only reason I gave 4 stars is because when taking payment the app doesn’t work all the time, and so I have to ask clients if they can bank transfer. Otherwise I’ve enjoyed using Fresha
