Good and easy to use

Ordered twice and not even once received the order on time, what the point of providing express service and charging extra if you can’t fulfil. No option to contact anyone from customer care other than email. Probably the last time I am ordering from this app.

Slots always patchy, never delivers order on selected slot, they always request call from customer support by saying we will deliver on next slot

Order ID : #E01H93658 Ordered mutton curry cut, they sent spoiled meat and i contacted customer care simply they said its my fault

New scammers in the market, they will cancel your order purposefully if u purchase in offers , then they cancel your order & never return the money

They don’t do a basic QC on meat products. Chickens delivered with hairs on it. Even road side shops does a good job in removing it. Be prepared for health issues.

They are unable to stick to their commitments on time

While adding classic tender residue free chicken into the cart it gets selected but in the cart page it shows cart is empty. Not sure if this is the app problem or the stock is not available for this SKU in any case the company should have realised this by now because it’s a major issue where customer is not able to add an item to cart and purchase. Kindly look into the same.

You guys are not worthy to be considered as an alternative online fish delivery portal for the following reason, 1) Most of the fish you sell are available in the local market, example Rohu/ Catla 1-2 kg) instead, try to keep Rohu/Catla above 3 kg in cut price form 2) If you are selling fish and not following the inventory of Bengali cuisine fish then you are ignorant , Example, Fresh water fish like- Puti, Cheetol, Pabda, Kaijoli, Singhvi, Magoor, Lata, etc are Bengali sweet water fish which U usually get in Licious. 3) Stop selling rotten sea fish, it stinks 4) Most of the Kerala fish you sell are often stale.
