Please don’t buy from this application anything. These guys are sending FROZEN and waste quantity Iteams if they didn’t find that kind of items they won’t send the items for delivery. I placed the order but they didn’t send the order to me. My money was blocked. They are not responding when I visit the store they asking me to check with support team. Don’t waste your money and health by using these kind of applications 💁
I like all your products & have been using them for the past 6 yrs. Sometimes it’s expensive

The fresh cash in the wallet @20% shows applied but instead of 180 only 100 credit is given every time. Why quote wrong figures ? Check the history & please credit the balance due every time.
Very old fish supplied today that too I ordered for three packets amounting to 2 kg . I am very sorry to receive fish so pathetically old. What am supposed to do with this? Please tell me!
They are hit and miss with both quality and delivery. If you have a shop option nearby for meat, best to go there!
I am using Freshtohome since many years. They had been outperforming in all field ie variety, freshness, quality, delivery, packing etc. generally I order sea fish which is good in quality and different varieties are available. Now I don't miss being away from coastal area. It’s like I am buying sea fish from Vishakhapatnam fish market in New Delhi. Rates are little higher for sea fish in NCR portal than Bangalore portal, Hope they may bring parity in future. Wish them all the best and request to add more variety of sea fish in their inventory.
Happy with product , prices and service
I have ordered with this Freshtohome and they promised a express delivery in 60 min but never received even after 3 hours.. cannot even connect the call to the customer or can do nothing
