They send rotten items which smells so bad that they dare to deliver this to their clients. Upon raising complaints they give you a ticket number and then they never respond back! Yes, I had good experience with them but when you can’t maintain your client relationships and quality of the items you should stop doing business.
You should try this if you’re Chicken, Fish or meat lover. They live up to their name of Fresh to home. The packaging is superb and since they’ve groceries also available then you’re probably not going anywhere else!

I ordered some chicken and selected time slot between 6 pm and 7 pm. I waited till 6.30 pm and called the call centre to ask about the order they have no clue about it and said will check and get back but never got a call. Then I called them back again the agent still couldn’t track. Finally she called and my order will be delivered after 8 pm.
My order was to be delivered between 5:30pm &9:30 pm.Received the order at 10pm.The worst part is that no one bothered to call or provide an update on delay in delivery and I tried calling customer care,whats app message & even email.3 days have passed by and till now no one responsible replied or contacted me.
The only site I buy poultry and fish from Fresh to Home since 2019, never want to buy from other online sites or supermarkets. Always fresh and prompt delivery.
Recently i have placed order for different type of fish and one of the item i have received was not fresh and spoiled could not use it at all. I have immediately sent them a photo of the item and reported this issue.. No one has contacted to check on this yet!! I will definitely think twice whether to order through fresh-to home or go directly to the fish stall and choose fresh fish and pay less too!!!

I am a fresh to home client for long time . I was completely satisfied with your product and service . I am completely disappointed about the service now . Last few orders I received very late . I couldn’t take food for work because of the late delivery . This is my last mail for you . I won’t be ordering from you if you won’t improve your service . Thank you
I placed only 3 orders so far, out of it 2 orders had issues. Very first order got cancelled due to some quality issues as per them, yet to receive the refund.. The other one delivery got delayed..Even though the time slot is 4 hrs window which is already too much, getting delayed is unacceptable and the delivery guy was like ‘Hota hey Bhai’.. Customer should keep shut? Very arrogent behaviour..Apart from this the items were good.
