I remember I struggled a lot to set up the app in the beginning. Now haven’t used the app for a while and can’t connect at all! Want to transfer my pictures, and it doesn’t work at all, tried already so many times. Really annoying and then the new app doesn’t support my older xa2 camera 😠
Absolutely useless app, never connects to my camera anymore. I follow all the instructions given and yet it refuses to connect to my phone. This is a disgrace.
This app almost never works. When it does it’s incredibly slow. Will break every time you update IOS. I give this -10 out of 10.
Don’t think I’ve ever bothered to leave a review especially on an app but this app is so bad its needs less than one star. Is making me hate the camera I really enjoy using.
iPhone 14 Pro Max Completely unable to connect to my X100V It used to be about 50% reliable on my Samsung phone but now will not connect at all. Have reinstalled multiple times to no avail. Completely useless app.
Always can’t connect and disconnect!
The app has worked for me, does everything that they say it’s supposed too. I’ve never had an issue with it.
Such a shame the app no longer works. For the price of the camera, you’d expect something at least functional, but it does not even connect to my X100V
Waste of time trying to do this. Spent far too long following the various instructions. Presuming it’s because I have a new phone and it’s not being recognised - followed all instructions and more to no avail. Very frustrating!
At first the app worked perfectly fine but now for what ever reason i’m unable to transfer my images from my X100F. I can connect perfectly fine but on the cam remote app my new pictures that’s i’ve captured do not appear on the app. If someone reading this has a solution please let me know as it’s very frustrating
