Description
The FUJIFILM Camera Remote is an application provided by FUJIFILM that can operate wireless-equipped digital cameras by remote control to shoot images and to view images and movies in the camera and to transfer them to smartphones or tablets. And it also supports the cameras that offers Bluetooth® capability. Pair it with your smartphones or tablet devices, it synchronizes "date and time" and/or "location information" of your smartphone or tablet devices with the cameras that offers Bluetooth® capability. In advanced of shooting, to easily transfer pictures you have taken to the smartphones or tablet device via this application. Bluetooth wireless remote shutter release can be used for cameras that offers Bluetooth® capability. In addition, firmware update is now supported from your smartphone or tablet devices via Bluetooth without the need of a SD memory card.

many times unable to connect, full size pictures nearly impossible to copy to your phone. had sony before, the sony app was much better… :/
Poór quality
Only a couple of photos can be selected at a time no deletion sometimes crashes
Practically unusable
This is practically unusable.
Not quite the Fuji quality you’d expect
I’m an X-T3 shooter, using the app on an ipad pro 12,9. The app works, sort of. Pairing is fiddly and very slow, and Bluetooth is good for nothing, since live view is only possible through wifi. It means the phone or tablet is offline while connected to the camera, unless you switch to your data plan, which you may or may not have. Another thing is the portrait-only mode. Obviously devs didn’t find the resources to put out a proper ipad version with optional landscape mode, instead of an upscaled iphone app. This is a major annoyance and a UX fail. I’m glad there’s an app at least, there are big players (e.g. Canon) with a much worse app. But this is just not enough.
Real auto transfer would be great
It works Ok with my X-E4. Just follow the on screen instructions or read the manual. It would be great if auto transfer of images would be really automatic. Now I have to manually join the camera hotspot. Sadly this is an IOS limitation.
Shame
It is one of the worst apps I’ve evere used if not the worst one. I can’t imagine that someone said it’s done and passed quality assurance. Live shooting is not working like 98% of the time. Image transfer is slow like hell. The best part is remote relase , which is more or less working but it drops the connection from time to time. Shame.
How is this app public?
Keeps disconnecting, live image freezes for 3-5 minutes, sometimes cannot reconnect, have to restart the app and camera as well. Tells me camera cannot connect to WiFi, although every device in the household uses it without problems. Worked for 20 minutes (sometimes with huge lags) but now I’m trying for 30 mins and no success. Everything is up to date (firmware, iOS, app), fast internet etc. It’s unacceptable, for a camera at this price point.
Great cameras, horrible App
Please Fuji, you can do better than this.
X-T30 and iPad
This app is a shame! Can’t connect, can’t transfer the pictures, USELESS!!
