Love fujifilm. Hate this app. Disconnecting as fast as I’m trying to do something else in the app. So, I cant do anything in the app because it dissconnects in every single step and the only thing I end up doing is to trying to connect the app to the camera. Which doesn’t work very well…
You will have a very bad time if you are going to try to find a worse product from a brand that prides themselves on quality.
Everytime I want to transfers pictures I have to go through the same process of deinstalling and redoing everything. Sometimes I can connect, sometimes I give up. It’s super frustrating.
This app is so frustrating yet it had good potential improving the experience of a fuji camera… The contact works 1 time out of 10 at best. Most of time you loose the connection after 10min using it and spend 20-30 min trying to reconnect your camera to the app. I’m not even commenting on the cryptic instructions inside the app or the weird UI. We are in 2023, Fuji makes great cameras but that app feels like it was developped 10 years ago.
I’ve used (tried to) this app for several years. Sometimes I had a hope. Sometimes it actually worked. Contact me and I’ll help you make it work. If you ever read this…. I feel sorry about you Don’t worry! I’ll make it work

No need for required location always on. Please redo and make it volunteer to have it on. I do not geotag my photos.
This app is absolutely worthless. I can’t understand why Fuji don’t fix the issues. If you are lucky you can connect to the camera. Just fix it, it’s 2023.
The old version wasn’t the best, but since they released the “new” app it’s getting worse by every update. It connects maximum 5% of the times, it’s super slow, loses connection and lacks some of the functions the old app had. This app is pretty horrible, a shame because if it was working properly it would have been wonderful!
Don’t expect this app to work… At all! It’s a catastrophe all over the board. Completely worthless. - can’t connect to camera - can’t update - can’t do anything at all that’s useful or what they promised. Had higher expectations from a company like Fuji. Do this right!
