Instructions where vague and hard to read

It took me a solid 20 minutes to find the charging port due to the tiny writing and unclear instructions

Not working

The watch was great but now doesn’t get messages or who calls Kees telling me illegal device please use genuine

How to change watch face

The time display is too small for me to see easily? I cannot see how to change the watch face to increase the size, it seems it is not possible.

Illegal devices

I keep trying to connect it like it tells me to and all I continuously get is an illegal device warning and then disconnects so I repeat the connection steps only for it to do the same thing. Watch looks good but other than that it seems completely useless since it won’t connect properly

FunDo pro and Watch

The app said it had no Bluetooth but it did on the IPad and didn’t show the right weather. The watch was cool I liked it.

Sleep tab/function not syncing

When you go to sync daily information to the app from phone - the sleep information is not coming across from watch to app. All others are coming across (steps, BP and Heart Rate) but not sleep. Is it a problem with watch it app?

Birthday date login

I have now tried for 30 minutes to try put in my birthday is is broken when you click on it, all it shows is the date of the day and won’t let you change it. So if the creator is reading this please fix it and I would be happy.

Bluetooth

Won’t connect to Bluetooth despite BT on

Locks

The overall app is good but when I go in to check my sleep details the app locks up and I can not get out of it. I have had to delete the app and download it again that’s not good enough.
