Illegal device
Is telling me illegal device.
Illegal device reported
App still reports illegal devices after sync till date 29-12-21. Please fix
Can’t sync watch with phone,
Initially was able to sync phone with app when I first got my watch but now says illegal item and then disconnects

Please developer how do i fix illegal device issues. Bcox i keep in receiving thesame info after connecting (illegal device , use genuine) then it disconnects..

disconnection of application frequently
when connecting to the app with my watch it says illegal device then it disconnects...it started when i updated to the latest update fo something about it
