App suddenly decided that watch is not genuine!!

After using watch & app for over a year, suddenly the app decided to consider the watch as not genuine!! It still sync but doesn’t stay connected to the watch ! Don’t know what’s happening

Problems connecting

Since the latest upgrade the software has stopped connecting to my phone, I get “illegal device” message. Please sort it out or revert to previous version 😠😠😠

Issue with Latest Update!

After the latest update, it’s coming up with “Illegal device, please use genuine “ message and disconnects. (Despite the QR code on devise pointing to this app) Before the update it used to work ok but tends to gets disconnected frequently.

Working fine

With a smart watch to iPhone 8 Plus. Pretty cool !

Should be embarrassed

This app fails to save any data more than one day. Steps on watch never match steps in app. Don’t waste your money people.

Keeps losing Bluetooth

This app needs a major overhaul. My main problem is it keeps disconnecting the Bluetooth & many times have to reinstall app to get it to connect. 😡😡😡 After reinstall and resetting watch all historical data is lost. Also does not connect to Apple health app!!!

Good and free

It works well, my eyesight is not good so reading my watch display is not so easy. If the device battery level was on FunDo it would be great.

Sleep ftacker

I find that the sleep tracker no working as it should sleeps 10pm to6am and only shows 1 hour something is missing

Good app

This app does all of the stuff you would expect it to do plus a bit more but there is a few things that I think should be fixed: 1: the units do not provide a option to have km but also have kilojoules, I think that one is important 2: the settings that you set (message push, alarms, ect) do not save after your watch dies or resets which brings me to my third point 3: the watch can reset randomly during the day and then you loose all of your steps, distance, calories, time and messages.
