Said my device is illegal even though I’ve used the same device on my last phone and it never Said it once

Do not buy …. !!!!

Quite a nice easy app, not a lot of digital watch dials to choose from, I have eyesight impairment, and would benefit from big numbered digital faces if this would be possible? Would definitely give a 5 star rating if this could be rectified.

Won’t connect when does innacurate data and then says device is illegal!!!!! Waste of time and money on watch

Worked perfectly for a while, now says device illegal (my watch is genuine), no reply from app developers on emails. Please apple either contact developer to fix app or remove them from your AppStore. Also unable to send feedback to Apple as it doesn’t appear on item when trying to send

Don’t consider any of these items if you have an apple iphone, they just don’t work, waste of money, buy an Apple Watch cos these keep saying illegal operation and freeze you out

This latest software has crashed my connection with the gx smart watch and rendered it useless. I can’t download a previous version so now I have a smart watch that isn’t very smart

Every time I try an connect my watch with the app, I get a message saying my watch is an illegal device! I’ve had the watch a while just got fed up with it resetting all the time! So I thought I’d give it another try but now I’m going to throw it in the bin!! and delete this stupid app!! 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

A poorly programmed app that often loses or overwrites all the data collected by the watch. Frustrating to use if you want to accurately record health data. The interaction between setting to record regular heart rate data on the app and the watch doing so does not work. This product needs much development to actually work properly

I’ve downloaded this app so that I can sync my watch data to my phone but nothing works, I connect the watch but the data doesn’t come up even after syncing the watch data
