Pretty good
I’m not sure why another review says about ongoing subscriptions as I haven’t had to pay for any. I feel like most things work pretty well, camera, microphone, alerts, treat throw. It’s not perfect but it does the job.

Doesn’t connect
I’ve spent over an hour going through set up and discussion about troubleshooting and I can’t get the Furbo to connect to my phone. Super annoying. Returning this device, waste of money and time.
Broke very quickly
Only used the treat thrower a few times and it broke so now it’s just a large awkward camera that’s not integrated with the rest of my security system. Also the microphone is tinny so my voice doesn’t sound like me and it scares my dogs really badly when I try to use it. Unfortunately Furbo hasn’t lived up to the promotional materials for me
Couldn’t do that one job they advertised
They marketed the product feature better than what they really are. Very laggy, very unresponsive. No sounds ever reach to your dog at home even with superior and stable wifi/5G connection. It’s frustrating really to see your puppy does something dangerous and they couldn’t hear a word you said from the dog camera. They will always said to restart or update the camera. Tried that done that, same issue reoccurred. Waste of money
Bark Notifications Don’t Work
I constantly get notifications saying my dog is barking when he isn’t and when the room the camera is in, and its surroundings are quiet.
Good when it works. Doesn’t work most of the time.
The concept of the app is good. We paid for an annual subscription for Nanny Cam as we’re both going back to work. Annoying part is there is no audio when we try to log on for both our phones. This occurs about 9 out of 10 times. We’ve updated the app and our IOS and still no audio.
No longer working
Our Furbo used to work perfectly, now, less than 6 months after purchasing, we are regularly experiencing connection, notification and microphone issues that do not resolve with any updates or changes to the phone or general settings. Given the price of the monthly subscription as well as the camera, I would advise considering less expensive alternatives as these issues are persistent.
Sending ads as notification - really poor form
Getting ads in notifications when you bought the product is bad If I turn off notifications I won’t get your ads. But then I won’t get what I need I really hate this - I can’t believe you did it Do not buy if you don’t like being advertised to buy the product you just bought. If you turn off notifications you no longer get the ads, but then you don’t get the barking alerts - so you’re pretty much stuck There are other products that do the same thing that are less intrusive
Use to love my furbo
I use to love my furbo, then we started having connection issues, now I can’t even have my barking alerts on. Some how they are permanently turned off and I can’t turn them back on even though I pay the monthly subscription. Tried to contact furbo, still not reply
Love it!!
Absolutely love my Furbo. Love that I can toss treats, yell at my dogs are barking when I’m at work.Also makes me feel good that I can keep an eye and see what’s going on with them when I’m away. Live is Australia and hard to get small treats. Because the treat tosser only uses small treats, I find the best treats to be cat food. I don’t toss them many treats so it’s not bad for them.
