always disconnecting
This used to be great, but for the past year or so, every time the app is updated, my Furbo will constantly disconnect and reconnect or not connect at all. It’s very frustrating, especially when the dog is home alone.

This is the WORST. The app won’t move past the leave your furbo plugged in page when you are initializing the app. Very annoying. My furbo was working fine until it wanted me to update the app now nothing. And no one at furbo is helping

Gives comfort
We have two small dogs, love the alert on cell phone when they bark or cry. Helps to not worry about them. My daughter uses it to check in on me too.
Nanny is annoying
There should be a way to silence it without turning it off - it will notify you a million times for no reason! When I’m not home and someone comes and lets my dog out it doesn't notify me but when I’m home it goes off constantly!
Stay away from this item
It broke on the same day I purchased. It asked me to run a firmware update and then went offline completely. I reached out to the support service and they offered me a replacement item which is already refurbished and at the price of a brand new item! Plus, I had to get a subscription to protect myself against future problems! You must be kidding me! Waste of money! I’m not spending a single penny on this unstable item!
Disappointed
Reset Wi-Fi, redownloaded app and it says I have no connection even though it’s showing the movements in the house. Used to be good but now it’s trash.
Not always reliable
Treat tossing feature is great. Cons: a lot of times, I cannot connect to the Furbo to check on my dogs. I subscribed to the Furbo nanny for the emergency (smoke detector) alerts - I’ve tested them, but it doesn’t detect the sound and i do not receive notifications. Still hoping this can be resolved.
App Update Connectivity Issue
Furbo won’t connect since recent app update! Please look into this. I spoke with support after my Furbo randomly stopped connecting about a week ago (after working perfectly for 6 years). They sent me a new one and it won’t connect either. I happened to check and there was an app update right before the issue started. Please look into this!! I’m not exaggerating when I say I’ve tried EVERYTHING else possible to try and fix the issue (more times than I can count).

Hi! I’m new to owning a Furbo and I really like it. I can Check on my pets anytime throughout the day. I have a very wide range of the camera to see my pets. I do not dispense any treats to my dog because I have a cat that has IBD. I’m too nervous if the cat will get to a treat. So I just use the Furbo to check up on them. The only thing im having trouble with is the wifi. Sometimes if im away I cannot connect due to poor wifi. Furbo says to lower the resolution which I did but now the images are a bit cloudy. I can’t tell if it’s my dog on the couch or a blanket on the couch. Lol
