Hopeless

Why can’t we view our bookings? It just constantly is ‘refreshing’… Uninstall, reinstall…. Come on. Fix it please.

Can’t see my trips

Not quite as advertised. My trips button stopped working even after closing the app. Maybe a reinstall will fix it? Looks like nothing has been done over the 4 years to sort.

Needs a lot of work

Extremely glitchy, can’t see everything no matter how many times you restart the app, data doesn’t update, can’t use the checklists. The app is useless especially since I can’t rely on it when I am travelling or to book anything.

Don’t bother

Don’t bother downloading it. It doesn’t work and you’ll just waste your time.

Doesn’t even deserve 1 star

I’ve had this app for about five months and I think it may have worked half decently for about three days of this time. Absolutely useless. Wish I could give it negative stars.

Doesn’t work

Reloaded a few times, sought help, still doesn’t work. Let’s hope the rest of the trip is better

Basically unusable

The updated version crashes constantly and display no where near as much info as the previous format. In saying that although painful at least you can update your good to go in here eventually, you cannot even log into the website.

What’s the point of the new layout???

Moving beyond the fact that the app is so unstable that it’s practically unuseable, the new layout is just bizarre!! The trips button and the today button display exactly the same info!! Takes at least 2 clicks, 5 scrolls and a freeze and restart before you can simply read what’s on your itinerary for the day. Also the itinerary is missing half the information from the website. What’s the point of this app???!!!

Current version not working properly

App not working with new update. Was pretty useful before, now none of my personal or trip information shows up, only chat feature seems to work

My trip isn't loading

Arrived for my Tour today, and have loaded the app as instructed by the CEO. Apart from having issues logging in (error status code 502), once I do login, my trip details will not load (I get the spinning wheel of death). So this is a failure right from the start
