The app was such a a nice way to get to know a little more about Selina I didn’t think I could have gotten more excited about staying here but I just did. I messaged staff at Selina to check my OD number and the staff where so kind and helpful replying within seconds. Thank you Selina ❤️
What’s with this complete BS of asking you everything short of your grandmother’s undies colour? If this information is imperative to know, ask for it when we make the reservation so we can nicely close the browser window. And you make us fill this app on our phones with an app? You guys really think people have a lot of time on their hands, this process is absolute BS. If I could cancel my reservation, I would right away away.
The app has everything you need. From booking a room, to transport or finding something fun to do. I love Selina, each day brings on new adventure.
Please fix the iPad app, when you open it it doesn’t give you any option except to choose destination and when you do it just opens grey screen and that is it.

Selina is amazing and I save so much on the app with points and free nights!
App and hostel were okay for the most part. However, they should have clear pricing and self service for reservation modifications. I changed dates by chat in the app (pushed the stay by one day) because there isn’t a self service option. They raised the rate on me without informing me and refused to honor the quoted rates. They should improve their customer service or at least improve this app to inform customers of pricing if their staff is incapable of it.
