The workflow is ridiculous, connecting to wifi without already being on wifi is impossible. Even starting with a connection and actually grasping the absurd workflow, it’s so buggy you are lucky if it works. Not just this app, the entire Eduroam platform is the problem. Shameful. Wifi is needed at educational institutions. Off the top of my head: - don’t make even selecting the institution difficult, nearly impossible. You should be able to determine where a device is in the first place, from the device client or the system it’s on. - there are many secure public wifi workflows now. If somebody doesn’t already have the app, allow a secure public wifi to access the app. - don’t use SMS this way, don’t use apps this why. This isn’t more secure.

It does one thing, and that’s it. Select school, sign in with school email/password, signs in for you. Best to use when in range of eduroam wifi, campus coffee shop or hotspot etc.

Ständiger Verlust des eingerichteten Profils, aktuell keine Verbindung möglich. Die Fehlermeldungen sind unzureichend, man weiß nicht, was das Problem ist. App-Support ist nicht vorhanden.

Ich muss die App jedes Mal neu installieren nachdem das iPad außerhalb vom eduroam war. Um mich wieder einloggen zu können.

Seit dem Update kann ich mich nicht mehr mit dem Netzwerk an meiner Universal verbinden. Es zeigt nur noch an, dass die Anmeldung erfolgreich war aber keine Verbindung hergestellt werden könnte…. Verbindung fehlgeschlagen Der Vorgang konnte nicht abgeschlossen werden. (NSXMLParserErrorDomain-Fehler111.)
